What to include in your request:
- Full name and account email
- Type of request (access, deletion, portability, opt-out)
- Proof of identity (government ID if deletion/access)
- Specific data categories (if applicable)
DMCA Copyright Notices
For copyright infringement takedown notices or counter-notifications.
DMCA notice must include:
- Identification of copyrighted work
- URL of infringing material on our platform
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- Statement of good faith belief
- Statement under penalty of perjury
- Physical or electronic signature
Security Vulnerabilities
For responsible disclosure of security issues, bugs, or vulnerabilities.
Responsible disclosure guidelines:
- Provide detailed description of the vulnerability
- Include steps to reproduce (proof-of-concept)
- Do not exploit the vulnerability maliciously
- Do not publicly disclose before we fix it (90-day window)
- Include your contact info for updates
Acknowledgment: Within 72 hours
Fix timeline: 90 days (critical), 180 days (moderate)
