1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers who:
- Subscribe to a Pro plan (monthly or yearly)
- Have not previously subscribed to a Pro plan
- Request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment
- Have not violated our Terms of Service

- Processing: Funds returned to your payment method within 5-10 business days

2. Refunds After the 7-Day Period
2.1 General Policy
After the 7-day guarantee period, refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Unused time in a billing period
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- Dissatisfaction with service features
2.2 Exceptions (Discretionary)
We may provide refunds on a case-by-case basis for:
- Service Outages: Extended downtime preventing service use (>48 hours)
- Technical Issues: Persistent problems preventing access to paid features

3. Subscription Renewals

3.2 Post-Renewal Refunds
Refunds for auto-renewals are considered on a case-by-case basis:

- After 48 hours: Refunds are generally not provided
- Mitigating factor: If you didn't receive our renewal reminder (email deliverability issue)

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before renewal if you no longer wish to continue. We cannot provide refunds for renewals that occur due to failure to cancel.
4. Billing Errors and Disputes
4.1 Duplicate Charges
If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription period, contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund for duplicate charges within 24 hours.
4.2 Incorrect Amount
If you are charged an incorrect amount (different from the advertised price), we will refund the difference immediately.
4.3 Unauthorized Charges
If you believe a charge is fraudulent or unauthorized:

4.4 Chargeback Notice

5. Free Plan Users
The free plan is provided at no cost. There are no refunds or credits associated with free accounts.
6. Terms of Service Violations
Refunds are not provided if your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
- Copyright infringement
- Abuse of service (automation, excessive requests)
- Illegal activity
- Account sharing or resale
- Fraudulent payment methods
7. Refund Method
All refunds are processed through the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card (5-10 business days)
- Bank Transfer: Requires bank account details (7-14 business days)
- Alternative Payment: Contact us for refund options
We cannot refund to a different payment method or account.
8. Currency and Fees
- Currency: Refunds are processed in the original currency (USD)
- Exchange Rate: Your bank may apply exchange rate differences
